We are attentive to every last detail of each project so our clients can relax, knowing their projects are in safe hands. We constantly strive to exceed expectations, to make sure all our work is not just “good”, but “great”, while striving to ensure every project comes in on time and within budget.
Unique approach to each project
We recognize that each client is unique, and each project requires a different approach. Each project needs to be viewed with an open mind. In order for us to do this we have developed a work process which enables us to collaborate closely with our clients, exploring their directives and providing effective, creative solutions.
How do we do it?
Client Collaboration:
We begin with a discussion with the client to gather information about their project, including any ideas or direction that they may have.
Research and Discovery:
We begin with detailed research to gather a deeper understanding of the client and the project. This research leads us to ideas and development of initial design concepts.
Creative Concepts:
Building on our knowledge from the previous stage, we develop a range of creative concepts which respond to the brief. These are shared with the client at the end of this stage – with the view that one concept (or combination of) is taken forward to the next stage.
Design Development and Refinement:
Taking into account client feedback from the previous stage, the work is developed and refined from that input. Any commissioning or sourcing of imagery, type design, illustration or photography can be carried out at this stage, along with any production inquiries. Work is shared and refined with the client throughout this stage.
Approval and Project Completion:
Once the project has reached the final approval stage, files are prepared for delivery to the client. We provide all native design files, fonts, and any images used in the project. We will also provide printer files (if needed) made specifically to the clients’ printer specs, if those have been provided.
Final feedback and collaboration on future projects:
Once the project has been completed and all files delivered to the client, we like to have a short discussion to get the client’s feedback, as well as collaboration on future projects – both from the client’s perspective and from our team’s perspective (ideas we had during production of the previous project).
I have three different designers that I can use, but I keep using Priceless Digital Media. I give them an idea of what I am looking for, the text and images needed, and shortly they send me a proof. The proof always amazes me because it is better than what I was expecting.
